This Ticket & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to tickets and livestream access purchased for the XPSR Creator Summit 2026 (“Summit”), operated by The.Media.Corp LLC under the XPSR brand.

By purchasing a Summit ticket or Livestream Pass, the purchaser agrees to this Policy and the applicable XPSR Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Summit Ticket Options

Early Bird — $59

Early Bird provides the same general admission access as a General Admission ticket at a promotional price.

Early Bird availability is limited to the first 20 tickets and may close permanently once the promotional allocation has been reached.

Maximum purchase: 10 Early Bird tickets per order, subject to availability.

General Admission — $79

Provides standard in-person admission to the XPSR Creator Summit.

Maximum purchase: 10 General Admission tickets per order, subject to availability.

VIP Creator Pass — $129

Provides in-person Summit admission plus the approved VIP benefits identified on the Summit purchase page.

VIP availability is limited to 20 passes.

Maximum purchase: 4 VIP Creator Passes per order, subject to availability.

Approved VIP benefits include:

  • Priority seating
  • VIP Creator Toolkit
  • Professional creator portrait/headshot, delivered digitally after the event
  • VIP badge/lanyard and swag
  • Priority access to selected Summit educational recordings
  • Automatic entry into the VIP giveaway

VIP educational recordings are a separate VIP benefit and are not a replay of the Summit livestream.

Livestream Pass — $30

Provides online access to the Summit livestream for both October 24 and October 25, 2026.

A Livestream Pass requires a free XPSR Account, is limited to one Livestream Pass per eligible account, provides access through XPSR’s designated livestream experience, and does not include replay or on-demand access after the live broadcasts.

An XPSR Creator Profile or paid XPSR Membership is not required to purchase or access a Livestream Pass.

2. In-Person Capacity

Total in-person attendance is limited to 80 attendees across Early Bird, General Admission, and VIP Creator Pass tickets combined.

Early Bird and VIP also have their own product-specific limits described above.

Availability displayed during checkout is subject to change as other customers complete or abandon checkout.

Placing a ticket in checkout does not constitute a completed purchase. Admission is confirmed only after successful payment and fulfillment.

XPSR may temporarily reserve inventory while a customer completes checkout.

3. XPSR Account Requirements

An XPSR Account is not required to purchase an Early Bird, General Admission, or VIP Creator Pass.

Physical tickets may be purchased through guest checkout.

A free XPSR Account is required to purchase and access a Livestream Pass because the account serves as the credential through which livestream access is provided.

XPSR Accounts are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Creating an XPSR Account does not require creating a Creator Profile or purchasing a future XPSR Membership.

4. Attendee Age Requirements

XPSR Accounts and account-required digital services are limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Individuals who are 16 or 17 years old may attend the Summit in person with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, subject to any reasonable event or venue requirements communicated before the Summit.

A parent or legal guardian may purchase an eligible in-person ticket on behalf of a 16- or 17-year-old attendee.

Permission to attend the Summit does not authorize an attendee under 18 to create an XPSR Account or purchase account-required livestream access.

Unless XPSR establishes different event-specific requirements in writing, attendees under 16 are not eligible to attend the 2026 XPSR Creator Summit.

5. In-Person Ticket Refunds

Early Bird, General Admission, and VIP Creator Pass purchases are refundable until exactly 48 hours before the Summit begins.

The Summit begins:

  • Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 9:50 AM Pacific Time.

Therefore, the standard refund deadline for in-person tickets is:

  • Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 9:50 AM Pacific Time.

After this deadline, ordinary purchaser-requested refunds for in-person tickets are unavailable.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the time the eligible refund request is submitted.

Any refund approved outside the standard policy because of an exceptional circumstance remains at XPSR’s discretion except where otherwise required by law.

6. Livestream Pass Refunds

Livestream Pass purchases are refundable until the beginning of Day 1 of the Summit:

  • Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 9:50 AM Pacific Time.

After the Summit begins, ordinary purchaser-requested refunds for Livestream Passes are unavailable.

The Livestream Pass provides live access to both Summit days but does not provide replay or on-demand access.

Failure to watch some or all of the available livestream does not by itself create a right to a refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

Eligible refund requests may be submitted to:

  • support@xpsr.com

Please include sufficient information for XPSR to locate the purchase, such as purchaser name, purchaser email, order reference if available, and the ticket or pass involved.

XPSR may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchaser or transaction before processing a refund.

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment processor and generally to the original payment method, subject to the processor’s procedures and processing times.

8. Partial and Ticket-Level Refunds

Where permitted by this Policy, XPSR may process a refund for a specific eligible ticket within a multi-ticket order without necessarily refunding the entire order.

When a specific in-person ticket is fully refunded, that ticket becomes invalid for admission.

A partial monetary adjustment that does not represent cancellation of a ticket does not necessarily invalidate the associated ticket.

Refund status is not considered final merely because a request has been submitted. XPSR relies on confirmation from its payment processor before treating a payment refund as completed.

9. Ticket Availability After a Refund

When an eligible in-person ticket is refunded and invalidated, its space may return to the Summit’s available physical capacity.

However, the return of capacity does not guarantee that the same ticket product or promotional price will become available again.

In particular, once Early Bird promotional availability has closed, a later refund does not require XPSR to reopen Early Bird sales.

10. Event Cancellation

If XPSR cancels the Summit, affected ticket purchasers will be entitled to a full refund of the applicable Summit ticket or Livestream Pass purchase.

XPSR will provide information regarding the refund process through the contact information associated with the purchase or through another reasonable communication method.

11. Event Rescheduling

If XPSR reschedules the Summit, existing tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Affected purchasers will also be provided an opportunity to request a refund rather than attend on the rescheduled dates.

XPSR will communicate applicable instructions and deadlines if a rescheduling occurs.

12. Speakers, Sessions and Schedule Changes

The Summit is a live event involving speakers, educators, presentations, demonstrations, and programming that may be affected by circumstances outside XPSR’s control.

XPSR may reasonably modify speakers, session topics, presentation times, session order, activities, programming, or other schedule details.

A change to a speaker, session, presentation, activity, or schedule does not automatically constitute cancellation or rescheduling of the Summit and does not automatically create a right to a refund.

XPSR will make reasonable efforts to communicate material event changes when appropriate.

13. Livestream Availability and Technical Interruptions

XPSR intends to provide Livestream Pass holders with access to the Summit’s designated livestream during both event days.

Livestream delivery depends on internet connectivity, production equipment, third-party streaming infrastructure, and other technology.

Short or intermittent interruptions do not automatically create a right to a refund.

If a significant technical failure attributable to XPSR materially prevents purchasers from receiving meaningful access to the livestream, XPSR may, after reviewing the circumstances, authorize an appropriate partial or full refund.

There is no automatic refund formula for technical interruptions.

Problems caused by an individual viewer’s internet connection, device, browser, network, or other circumstances outside XPSR’s reasonable control generally do not create a right to a refund.

14. Livestream Access and Sharing

Livestream access is associated with the eligible XPSR Account used for the purchase.

The purchaser may reasonably access the livestream from compatible personal devices, such as moving between a computer and mobile device.

A Livestream Pass may not be resold, shared as a public access credential, rebroadcast, restreamed, publicly displayed, distributed, or used to circumvent XPSR’s paid-access controls.

XPSR may take reasonable action to protect the Summit broadcast and prevent unauthorized distribution.

The livestream uses third-party streaming technology embedded within XPSR. Access should be made through the official XPSR livestream page rather than through unauthorized distribution of underlying provider links.

15. Livestream Replay and VIP Recordings

The Livestream Pass is live-only and does not include a replay of the Summit broadcast.

Educational recordings or post-event materials specifically included as a benefit of the VIP Creator Pass are separate from the Livestream Pass.

Selected Summit educational recordings provided to VIP purchasers should not be interpreted as a replay or on-demand version of the complete Summit livestream.

16. VIP Benefits

The VIP Creator Pass includes:

  • Priority seating
  • VIP Creator Toolkit
  • Professional creator portrait/headshot, delivered digitally after the event
  • VIP badge/lanyard and swag
  • Priority access to selected Summit educational recordings
  • Automatic entry into the VIP giveaway

XPSR may make reasonable substitutions to non-material merchandise or logistical components where necessary while preserving the general nature of the purchased VIP experience.

17. Photography, Video and Event Media

The XPSR Creator Summit may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by XPSR or its authorized production partners.

By attending the Summit in person, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally or as part of the event environment in photographs, video, audio recordings, livestreams, and other event coverage.

To the extent permitted by law, attendees authorize The.Media.Corp LLC, operating XPSR, to use event recordings and imagery containing their appearance for legitimate XPSR editorial, documentary, promotional, marketing, social media, website, and event-related purposes without additional compensation.

For attendees who are 16 or 17, the required parent or legal guardian consent for attendance will also include acknowledgment of the Summit’s photography and recording practices.

XPSR will make reasonable efforts to obtain additional participation or consent where appropriate for dedicated interviews, testimonials, individually staged promotional recordings, or similar content focused specifically on an attendee.

Questions or concerns regarding event photography or recording may be directed to support@xpsr.com before the Summit or to XPSR event staff onsite.

18. Venue

The XPSR Creator Summit will take place at:

  • RevCine Studios
  • Temecula, California

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all XPSR Creator Summit attendees.

XPSR will communicate additional arrival information through appropriate event channels.

Purchasers are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, parking, meals except where specifically included, and other personal expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.

19. Third-Party Costs

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by XPSR, ticket refunds do not include reimbursement for independently purchased expenses such as airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, rideshare, fuel, parking, meals, or other travel and personal expenses.

Purchasers should consider the applicable cancellation policies of third-party travel providers when making arrangements.

20. Ticket Transfers and Resale

In-person Early Bird, General Admission, and VIP Creator Pass tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee before the Summit by contacting support@xpsr.com.

XPSR may require reasonable information necessary to verify the original purchaser and identify the replacement attendee before completing a transfer.

Transferred attendees remain subject to the eligibility requirements, event policies, Terms of Service, and applicable media and recording provisions associated with the original ticket.

Tickets may not be resold for more than their original purchase price or used for unauthorized commercial resale.

Livestream Passes are non-transferable because livestream access is associated with the eligible XPSR Account through which the pass was purchased.

A ticket transfer does not create a new refund deadline or otherwise extend the refund rights associated with the original purchase.

If a transferred in-person ticket is assigned to a 16- or 17-year-old attendee, parent or legal guardian consent remains required.

21. Policy Changes

XPSR may update this Policy where reasonably necessary to clarify procedures, reflect legal requirements, or address circumstances not anticipated when the Policy was published.

Any change will not retroactively eliminate a material refund right that applied to a completed purchase at the time of purchase except where permitted or required by law.

The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
