Why XPSR exists
The Inland Empire is full of talented people creating incredible work. But for too long, finding each other hasn't been easy.
Opportunities are scattered. Education often means looking outside the region. Creative circles can become isolated from one another. And whether you're just getting started or years into your career, it can be difficult to know who's creating right around you.
XPSR exists to help change that.
Our story
XPSR began with two creatives who encountered the same problem at completely different stages of their careers.

When Eddie entered the creative industry, he was looking for people to learn from, opportunities to gain experience and a local creative community he could grow alongside.
Mentors were difficult to find. Internships and hands-on opportunities weren't easy to discover. Much of the available education existed online or outside the region.
The talent was here. The pathway into it wasn't.
Co-Founder / Producer
Brian encountered the same problem from the other side.
After years of professional experience in the creative industry, including working in Los Angeles, he returned to the Inland Empire and found that connecting with other creatives locally was still difficult.
Experience didn't solve the problem.
The network was still hard to find.
Different stages of a creative career. The same gap.
That shared experience became the foundation for XPSR.

XPSR isn't about telling creatives they need to leave the region to find opportunity. It's about making the people, knowledge, relationships and opportunities that already exist here easier to discover.
We're building the kind of creative ecosystem we wished had been easier to find ourselves.
